Some parts of upper floors can serve as informal observation decks that are much less crowded than the nearby City Hall observation decks.

If you are a foreigner and rely on public wifi internet access, there is no free public available in the boarding and waiting areas. Other than that, everything is straightforward and simple for a bus terminal. Friendly staff.

I come to this building because our Young Living experience center is here in 32F. The building is undergoing renovations, so it's a bit chaotic now in the first floor and parking.

Unfortunately they closed the observation deck so now it's just an outdated office building.

We only came here for willerexpress. Getting there might be a long walk.

Under construction. Very convenient to commute and close to Shinjuku Chuo koen and many shops & restaurants.Elevators are blazing fast.

The viewing deck been closed ..... got a wasted trip there. Unless u are going for the restaurants there, if not there’s really nothing.

Observation deck is still closed. Signs say construction will not be complete until at least July 2020. Restaurants are still mostly open.

Food trucks were parked at the entrance during lunch time and was a great place to grab food with coworkers in summer.
